I can view most formats of PDF CAD or DWG.

If you have window dimensions on a drawing or schedule please include them. You do not need to indicate U-values - I will calculate them and report to you from the construction details shown.

The information should include

• floor plans
• elevations,
• sections,
• site plan for orientation,
• heating system type,
• boiler type,
• water heating type,
• fuels
• and any other pertinent detail you feel will assist in the preparation.

I will telephone or e-mail if I need any more information.

You will receive:

• A report on compliance with Building Regulations Part L1A or L1B
• U-value calculations.
• SAP rating certificate.
• TER and DER calculations.
• Telephone advice and discussion of any amendment to design if necessary to meet regulations under the optimum method.

I send the calculation package to you by email as a pdf file unless you prefer otherwise. You can then email the file direct to your local building control authority.
